Meet the team behind the coaching experience

Chad Bentley

Chad is a men’s transformation coach who guides men through values-level evolution and identity change using a process rooted in Spiral Dynamics. His approach helps men move out of survival-based patterns and into clarity, strength, and purpose.

Chad’s deepest personal evolution was forged in extreme endurance — spending hours and days in survival mode during world-class races. As the first Canadian to complete the EPIC5 Challenge, a 3× Ultraman finisher, a 2× Ultra520 Canada Finisher, and a veteran of ultramarathons and ultra-distance cycling, Chad learned how prolonged adversity rewires a man’s values, mindset, and identity.

He also continues an ongoing journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — a humbling, discipline-building practice that refines how he handles pressure, movement, and stress, supporting the deeper endurance-based transformation.

Professionally, Chad started as a Journeyman Power Line Technician and rose to an executive-level leadership role, helping build and eventually sell a successful powerline company. As a Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnosis, he blends real leadership, mental reprogramming, and survival-forged resilience into a powerful coaching system for men. He works closely with each participant throughout the journey, ensuring the transformation is integrated into everyday life.

Founder and Coach

Professor Anthony Tomov

Anthony Tomov supports the evolution phase of the coaching experience through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.

A first-degree black belt with over 13 years of experience, Anthony brings a disciplined, technical approach to developing composure, awareness, and control under pressure. His coaching extends beyond technique, using Jiu-Jitsu as a tool to build clarity in chaos, emotional regulation, and embodied confidence.

On the mats, there is no performance — only how a man responds.

Under Anthony’s guidance, participants learn to stay calm, adapt, and think clearly in demanding situations. The environment he creates reinforces the deeper psychological work of the program, helping translate insight into real-world capability.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach

Mike Linley supports the evolution phase of the coaching experience through wilderness-based challenges and remote expedition environments.

With more than 25 years living and working in the Yukon, Mike brings a depth of experience in navigating harsh, unpredictable conditions where self-reliance, resilience, and clear decision-making are essential. His background in mineral exploration and remote travel has taken him across some of the most demanding terrain in the world.

In these environments, there is no performance — only how a man actually responds to pressure, discomfort, and uncertainty.

Mike creates the conditions where that becomes clear.

His global experience, from Asia to South America, along with a lifelong background in athletics, contributes to a grounded, disciplined approach to physical challenge and personal growth.
